Peoplesoft

Peoplesoft software is popular software for managing the Human Resource activities. It focuses on Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Peoplesoft is now owned by Oracle and is addresses the complex requirements of business. It has the capability to provide the complete business solution so that organization can increase their productivity and also increase their performance in business.
A peoplesoft data base consists of three main components. They are:

1. The peoplesoft system catalog also called as people tools
2. Application data
3. Meta data

Peoplesoft makes use of object-oriented programming language for implementing the business logic for various peoplesoft applications.
